Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.

We offer standard UK delivery, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after your order has been dispatched, although delays can occasionally occur during busy periods.

We offer free local delivery on orders over £15 within our local delivery area.

Local deliveries are made on Thursdays and Sundays.

If your address is eligible, the local delivery option will automatically appear at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@good-dog-goodies.co.uk, and we'll be happy to help.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.
